Where: Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad
First Stop: Board the train at 9:00 a.m. We’ll travel the urban countryside between the cities of Akron and Canton for a 3-hour relaxing ride, just as they did when the tracks were originally built in 1880. While enjoying the rhythm of the clickety-clack, you will be able to see Goodyear Tire and Rubber, the Goodyear Air Dock, and numerous other significant industrial sites that helped move this area into one of prosperity in its day.
Second Stop: Eat lunch at Quaker Steak and Lube
Third Stop: Harry London Candies
Attention! You must be able to walk a reasonable distance, climb stairs, and get in and out of our vehicles frequently.
When: Saturday, August 28th - Leave at 7:30 and come back around 5:00
